    2023: CHAMPAGNE AYALA PRESENTS A PREMIUM NEW BOTTLE & BLEND

    The new bottle shape is inspired by the iconic La Perle cuvée, launched in 1995. This transformed bottle provides the ideal shape for the wine to develop in the bottle, given that its wide body allows for more contact with the lees. This elegant transformation can be seen across their Brut Majeur , Rosé Majeur and Brut Nature cuvées.

    To celebrate the Houses' craftsmanship, the front and back labels highlight each cuvée's unique blend, inviting the consumer to learn and discover more about the blending process.

    Champagne AYALA is committed to a responsible and sustainable approach from vine to glass. Both the glass and giftpack are 100% recyclable and originate from France, all within a 350 km radius (excluding corks).

    At Champagne AYALA, blending is an art, and purity is their signature.

    Revealing:
    An array of the finest Champagne terroirs: 70 crus, of which 50 are Chardonnay 
    Exceptional vineyards : Aÿ, Dizy, Chouilly, Oger, Champvoisy, Passy Grigny
    Work that respects nature : HVE/VDC certification and organic conversion are underway in their vineyards 

    Creating:
    A unique environment where everything is crafted in house, giving AYALA total control over all stages of production

    A micro vinification approach that is unique in the Champagne region: 120 small stainless steel vats to preserve the integrity of each cru

    A collection of reserve wines aged in small vessels: 40% of reserve wines make up the Brut Majeur blend 

    Crafting:
    Chardonnay is at the heart of the blends: Chardonnay accounts for more than 50% of the blend for all wines in the range

    A pioneer of low dosage wines (never exceeding 6 g/L), AYALA stands out for its purity of style
