1. Orders placed on the website before 5:00pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day. If any items are out of stock we will contact you by email or telephone.
2. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or public holidays (including Bank Holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are processed on Monday.
3. Saturday delivery & Sunday delivery is available for Mainland UK orders only. Saturday/Sunday delivery must be selected during checkout and these orders should be placed online before 5:00pm on Friday.
4. Non-Mainland UK orders (Scottish Highlands & Isles, N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland) are processed on a special delivery service which normally takes 2 Working Days.
5. We do not process orders to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
6. A same day London delivery service may be available for whole case orders of certain products. Such orders need to be placed before 10:00am. For more information please email us at email@example.com.

2. Standard delivery is fixed at £6.95.
3. Free Delivery is available for all Mainland UK orders over £250 on the Standard delivery service.

5. Sunday delivery starts from £19.95. The website will automatically calculate the delivery charge.

Delivery Times & Notifications
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours except where the Saturday/Sunday delivery has been selected. Orders shipped on the Saturday/Sunday delivery service are expected to be delivered before 2:00pm.
On the morning of delivery, our courier partners, DPD, will set a 1 hour time-window in which the delivery driver will arrive.
The delivery company will send email and SMS-text notification of the 1 hour delivery time-window, providing a mobile number has been entered in the delivery details section at the checkout.
If the recipient knows they will not be in to sign for the package during the time-window, they can arrange for the courier to re-deliver on a more convenient date.
If you are sending a gift order and do not want the recipient to receive the email or SMS-text notification, please enter your own email and mobile number in the delivery details section at the checkout.
Delivery Upgrade Options
It is possible to upgrade your delivery to a timed Before-10:30am or Before-12 noon delivery service . Please select the required upgrade option from the Delivery Upgrade section before proceeding to checkout.
