Delivery Timetable for Christmas 2025 & New Year 2026

 


For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed online by 5:00pm on Tuesday 23 December 2025 - Mainland UK delivery address only.

Below is the delivery schedule for orders placed during the Christmas break for delivery within Mainland UK


For deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Isles / Isle of Man / Northern Ireland - please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Order Processing

1. The majority of orders placed on the website before 5:00pm Monday to Friday are processed the same day - where Express Delivery has been selected. Orders placed after 5:00pm will be processed the following working day.


2. We do not dispatch orders at the weekend or public holidays (including Bank Holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are processed on Monday.


3. Saturday delivery is available for Mainland UK orders only. Saturday delivery must be selected during checkout and these orders should be placed online before 5:00pm on Friday.


4. Non-Mainland UK orders (Scottish Highlands & Isles, N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland) are processed on a special delivery service which normally takes 2 Working Days.


5. We do not process orders to PO Box or BFPO addresses.


Delivery Charges

We offer FREE DELIVERY to UK Mainland for orders totalling £500 or more. These orders are shipped on the Standard Delivery service.

Delivery Times & Notifications


Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours except where the Saturday delivery has been selected.

Orders shipped on the Saturday delivery service are expected to be delivered before 5:00pm.

On the morning of delivery, our courier partners, DPD, will set a 1 hour time-window in which the delivery driver will arrive.


The delivery company will send email and SMS-text notification of the 1 hour delivery time-window, providing a mobile number has been entered in the delivery details section at the checkout.

If the recipient knows they will not be in to sign for the package during the time-window, they can arrange for the courier to re-deliver on a more convenient date.


Sending a gift


If you are sending a gift order and do not want the recipient to receive an email or SMS-text delivery notification, please enter your own email and mobile number in the delivery details section at the checkout.

 


Delivery Upgrade Options


It is possible to upgrade your delivery to a timed Before-10:30am or Before-12 noon delivery service. Please select the required upgrade option from the Delivery Upgrade section before proceeding to checkout.


Track your Order


Once your order has been dispatched we will send you email confirmation together with a tracking link to track the progress of your order. If you need assistance checking the delivery status of your order please email our Customer Service Team.


Delivery Date Request


It is possible to select a delivery date for your order by choosing the Nominated Day or Saturday option on the 2nd checkout page.
