    Tasting Notes:
    This Champagne has an elegant pale golden colour, with lively green reflections. 

    Its colour is highlighted by the wine's sheer brilliance and this simply adds to the beauty of its effervescence which rains down like a shower of stars from the heavens. 

    Winemaking:
    After a first vintage blended from grapes from the 2002 harvest, we were eager to confirm the promise shown by the Domaine de Reims grapes and create a new blend from the 2003 Harvest.

    That particular year everything happened at once - at breakneck speed, the sun ripened the few grapes that had survived the winter frosts, spring frosts and summer storms. 

    These grapes arrived at the press in all their glory, brimming with boundless energy, a testament to their ability to withstand every challenge that nature might throw their way. 

    We simply had to use these Clos Pompadour grapes to create this particular 2003 Vintage - we wanted to create a jewel of the wine that would capture the hearts of all who tasted it and forge a presence for itself in this special world of Vintage Champagnes. 

    After the lengthy ageing required by this type of wine, we are now delighted to be able to announce its release alongside the 2012 Vintage, allowing us to offer a vertical tasting.
