    Introduction:
    Ring in the end of the summer months with Champagne Laurent-Perrier's brand new Cuveé Rosé Bamboo Robe. 

    This year's Cuveé Rosé Bamboo Robe, inspired by the rich flora and fauna of the tropical jungle, is an ornate addition to any occasion, whether serving an aperitif pre-autumnal dinner party or gifting a champagne lover. In beautiful rose gold colouring, the latest iteration of the robe's dress adds an extra layer of indulgence, making the perfect table centrepiece that can be re-used for future bottles.

    Crafted using cold maceration, Laurent-Perrier's Cuvée Rosé extracts colour and flavour from grape skins to bring freshness and elegance. Renowned for its exceptional complexity, noteworthy smoothness and 100% Pinot Noir blend, the iconic Cuvée Rosé has notes and aromas of intense red fruit and can be the light and graceful champagne can be paired with marinated raw fish, grilled prawns and red fruit desserts to bring the warmer weather to a close.

    Highlighting the high value placed by the Maison on caring for nature, a new design of the Cuveé Rosé robe has been redesigned every year since 2016, making the Bamboo Robe the 5th limited-edition iteration. 

    Previous releases included the 'Signature', 'Constellation', 'Safari' and 'Butterfly' robes. 

    Enhancing the experience of sipping upon Laurent-Perrier's champagne, the robe's bamboo motif is emblematic of a protected natural environment and is testament to a vibrant ecosystem indicative of Champagne's vineyards. It's positive symbols of lightness, resistance and purity showcases an abundance of beauty through the rich foliage and slender stems. 

    Taking its sustainability efforts further than just the vineyards in Champagne, the Maison is donating £1.00 directly to the Plantlife organisation, focusing on a lasting positive change for wildflowers, plants and fungi, for every Cuveé Rosé Bamboo Robe purchased.

    MACERATION, VINIFICATION AND BLENDING 
    Grape varietal: Pinot Noir 100% Crus: 10 different Crus located mainly in the South and North areas of the Montagne de Reims - including the finest Crus from the famous Côte de Bouzy - Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. 

    The grapes from carefully selected plots are sorted and destemmed before vatting. The maceration - lasting from 48 to 72 hours depending on the harvest - helps the extraction of the colour and allows us to obtain unequalled aromas, revealing all the richness of the best Crus of Pinot Noir. 

    Ageing: an ideal minimum of 5 years.

    SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS
    Elegant, with colour changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon pink. A precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. A fresh and sharp attack for this supple and rounded wine.

    On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries. 

    Best served between 8°C and 10°C.

    WINE/FOOD PAIRINGS 
    Its aromatic depth makes it ideal for pairing with marinated raw fish, grilled prawns, exotic dishes, Parma ham and red fruit desserts. 

    Those who are more daring will try it with Asian or Indian cuisine
