    Introduction:
    To celebrate Bugatti's 110th anniversary, CARBON has created a champagne from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir.

    Carbon becomes a symbol. This element, which, through carbon-dating, enables you to determine to the origins of things, is also used in the construction of the Bugatti Veyron and is wrapped around Champagne Carbon's bottles.

    It is a fusion of tradition and modernity, excellence, high standards and technology.

    Tasting Notes:
    A vintage 2002 champagne carved to enchant.

    First, eye-catching. Second, generously luxurious. Third, an ode to voyage. 

    Crafted as a celebration, morphed into the incarnation of style and speed.

    Blossoming floral aromas in the glass. Everlasting smoothness and roundness on your pallet. A full-bodied vintage with hypnotizingly-refined curves.

    On its sharp structure, crispy essences waltzes with lace-like bubbles in infinite whirls. The champagne unfold a horizon of delightful green fruits and nuts, amplified by a jolting note of salty-minerality.

    Background Information:
    The great champagnes bearing the Carbon name owe their excellence to the exceptional quality of their grapes. Grandson of the 5th generation of Champagne winegrowers from the Champagne Devavry house, Alexandre decides to create his own Champagne House. After more than 4 years of research and development to create the most perfect bottle, Champagne Carbon is launched with the oldest vintages of its grandfather.
     
    Getting out of the box and staying true to traditions, this is Carbon's favourite exercise.
