Palmer & Co's new "La Réserve" collection highlights the House's distinctive style but also the uniqueness and excellence of its approach to reserve wines. A significant proportion of reserve wines contributes a rare fullness and maturity.

These highly precise champagnes offer a powerful, expressive and complex palate, balanced by a remarkable dynamic freshness given by Palmer & Co's signature terroirs on the north-facing slopes of the Montagne de Reims. 

By leaving the wines to rest on their lees for more than three years, they achieve exceptional length, underpinned by a beautiful silky texture. In a never-ending quest for balance, a testament to an uncompromising art de vivre, Palmer & Co blends terroir and reserve wines to create champagnes with a unique and great taste.

La Réserve - Timeless Signature of Palmer & Co

More than 50 crus are blended together, offering a vast, expressive and complex range of aromas, with the remarkable freshness of the Montagne de Reims chardonnays, the signature of Palmer & Co. 

In the spirit of a perpetual reserve, the reserve wines (30 to 40%) are composed of previous blends of La Réserve, imparting it with a unique taste and remarkable consistency. The cuvée reveals aromas of citrus fruit, pear and apricot, discreet notes of hazelnut and pastries. The wine is seductive by its freshness: a model of balance and elegance.

50-55 % Chardonnay

30-35 % Pinot Noir
