add a reminder

Add a reminder for an upcoming occasion. We'll send you an email the week before each occasion.

Please Note:

The Reminder must be set at least 9 days before your Reminder Date. Before your Reminder Date, we will send you an email notification to remind you of the occasion. This email notification includes details about the date and the person's name you entered for this date. Each Reminder is considered to be marketing activity. By setting up Reminders, you are giving Champagne Direct permission to email or notify you about the Occasion Date, but if you are opted-out of other marketing activity (for instance, newsletters) this will also opt you out of the Reminders. To stop getting Reminders, please email marketing@champagnedirect.co.uk. Champagne Direct cannot be held responsible for missed occasions due to notification emails being undelivered or delivered to spam/junk folder.
