Chopin is a single ingredient vodka distilled only from Podlasie-grown potatoes and handcrafted in the Polmos Siedlce region of Poland. Due to its low level of industrialisation this area is one of the healthiest, most agricultural regions in Europe. Its superior quality is ensured by producing in small batches: if a taste sampling shows even a hint of imbalance, the entire batch is destroyed. Chopin is the original luxury potato vodka.  Named after Poland's favourite son, the famous 19th century Polish composer, Frederic Chopin.

The Polmos Siedlce facility is the only producer in Poland that controls vodka production at every step: the purchase of potatoes; the distillation; the blending, bottling and sale of the finished product. Chopin's superior taste comes from the uncommonly high starch content which produces Chopin's creamy, pure, full-bodied, and balanced flavour.
